सुरणाचे कबाब साहित्य:
पाव किलो सुरण१ बटाटा
१ टेबलस्पून चणाडाळ
दालचिनी व लवंगाची पूड प्रत्येकी अर्धा चमचा
वाटण: आलं, लसूण, मिरच्या
२ slice पाव, मीठ, लिंबूरस, तेल
सुरणाच्या वड्यांची कृती:
- सुरण, बटाटा व चणाडाळ शिजवून घ्यावी. त्यातील पाणी पूर्ण काढून वाटावी.
- त्यात बाकी सर्व मसाला, वाटण, मीठ, लिंबूरस घालून नीट एकत्र करावे.
- थोडा पाव भिजवून घालावा. मिश्रणाचे छोटे छोटे गोळे करून चपटे करून तेलात तळावेत.
मिश्रण जास्त ओलं असल्यास मसाला घालण्यापूर्वी फडक्यावर घालावे.
