साहित्य आणि कृती:

धणे  - १ वाटी 
जिरे - पाव वाटी

लाल मिरच्या - देठ काढलेल्या, १ वाटी भरून 
मिरे - २ चमचे 

उडीद डाळ, गहू, चणाडाळ - प्रत्येकी पाव वाटी 
मेथी - १/२ चमचा
हिंग, हळद, मोहरी
हे सर्व किंचित गरम करून वाटून घ्यावेत.
